A photo of the loved one

The new photo, together
How it works
Two photos in, one photo out. Nothing to install and nothing to learn.
First
Choose a wedding photo: the couple alone, or a family group with a little room beside someone.
Then
Add a clear photo of your loved one. They are given clothing that suits a wedding, so an everyday photo is fine.
Last
Press the button and download the new photo, ready for the album, a frame or the memory table.

Which wedding photos work best
- Outdoor photos and photos in soft daylight blend most naturally.
- Full-length or three-quarter photos of the couple leave room for one more person beside them.
- Family group photos work well when the group is not packed tightly together.
- Very dark reception photos lit by flash are harder to match; try a photo from the ceremony or portraits instead.
Ways to use it on the day and after
- A framed print on a memory table, next to a candle or their favorite flowers.
- A photo on a reserved chair in the front row.
- A page in the wedding album, next to the family portraits.
- A gift for the parent or grandparent who is still with you, on the wedding day or the first anniversary.
Making it before the wedding
If you want a print for the day itself, you can use an engagement photo or a photo from the rehearsal as the main photo. Make it a week or two ahead so there is time to print and frame it. After the wedding, you can make another one with your real wedding photos.
Questions
How do I add a deceased parent to my wedding photo?
Upload the wedding photo as photo 1 and a clear photo of your parent as photo 2. The tool places them beside you, gives them clothing suited to a wedding and matches the light and color, so it looks like a photo from the day.
Can I add my father walking me down the aisle?
You can try with an aisle photo that has space beside you, but complex poses such as linking arms are not always followed. Photos where they stand beside the couple give the most natural result.
Will they be dressed for a wedding?
Yes. The tool gives them clothing that fits the scene, such as a suit or a dress, while keeping their face, age and hairstyle from your photo.
Can I print it for the memory table?
Yes. The download prints well up to about 5×7 inches, which suits a small frame on a memory table or a page in the album.
How much does it cost?
Your first photo is free when you create an account and confirm your email. After that, photos come in one-time packs: 5 photos for $4.99, 15 for $9.99 or 40 for $19.99. One credit is one photo. There is no subscription, and you can also buy a pack without creating an account.
What if the photo does not come out right?
If a photo fails or times out, its credit goes back to your balance automatically. If the photo is made but the AI changed your loved one’s face and they do not look like themselves, email hello@adddeceasedlovedonetophoto.org from the address on your account (or with your order receipt) and we will give you one free redo of that photo. A sharper, larger photo of their face usually gives a much closer likeness.
What happens to the photos I upload?
The two photos you upload are only used to make your picture and are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. The finished photo is kept privately in your account so you can download it again, until you delete it with your account (Settings → Security → Delete account, which removes your photos right away) or ask us at hello@adddeceasedlovedonetophoto.org. Photos are never shown to other visitors, sold or used to train AI.
